• Do they have professional consultants who are recommending realistic solutions for your circumstance?
• Are they in good standing with the Better Business Bureau?
• Are they licensed and bonded?
• Are they properly insured with liability protection to cover you, your family and visitors to your home?
• Do they carry Workers Compensation protection to insure their workers on any injuries?
• Do they carry appropriate property damage insurance to cover any damage to your assets?
• Do they warranty their work?
• Do they hire expert installers who’ve been trained to meet the highest industry standards?
• Do they have a formal customer inspection procedure to make sure the job meets with your approval prior to the final payment?
• Do they have a follow-up program for after the job is completed to make sure their work continues to meet your expectations?
• Can they provide you with references for projects they’ve done that are similar to the work you need to have done?
• Have they been in business long enough for you to feel confident that they’ll be there 10 years later if you need to contact them about your present or future projects?
